Mission Ballroom
One of the most exciting buildings to join the rapid development of the River North (RiNo) area, a revitalized extension of downtown Denver, is Mission Ballroom. It anchors a 14-acre mixed-use project that also comprises office and retail space and a parking garage.
The Mission Ballroom itself is an innovative, 62,000-square-foot music and event venue with up to 4,000-person capacity. It features a moveable stage that provides flexible seating of 2,200 to 4,000 guests, unrivaled sight lines via tiered rows, state-of-the-art light and sound, and a large dance floor. A parking garage with 235 spaces is located below the venue building.
CMTA provided design/build mechanical engineering services along with RK Mechanical for this distinctive building, which is managed by AEG Presents. The Mission Ballroom won the 2019 “Development Deal of the Year” Award from the Colorado Chapter of NAIOP.
