We completely brought the energy and life back into the building...The simple architectural details that are here, they are original. We wanted to make sure that we could salvage what we could...We had to put the extra work in to make sure that it looks the way it used to.

This was the smoothest construction project I can remember during my tenure at KEC. The project was ahead of all issues before they became problems, this was a great benefit to the Operations Department.

This is a huge accomplishment and a testament to what Pepper can do as a company when working with the right design partners.

We wanted this multi-departmental science building to be student friendly, utilitarian, energy efficient and a healthy environment for work and learning. We are proud of the final result and look forward to enhanced student learning in its innovative spaces.

CMTA provided great energy modeling data to ensure the financial performance of the geothermal system. Now that the system has been in operation for a year, its energy use is extremely low and we are realizing the predicted return on the investment.

This building is designed to provide ‘real world’ operating data to CMTA engineers. This will enable our engineers to demonstrate the effectiveness of our system design decisions to clients.
