This project was a Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract that included seven buildings and over 210,000 square feet in the Elliott County School district in Kentucky. The project was 100% funded through energy and operational savings through an energy revenue bond sale administered by Ross Sinclaire and Associates. Additionally, CMTA was able to secure a $500,000 grant for Elliott County from Kentucky Utilities. Construction for this project all took place over one summer and was completed in 3 months.

The manner in which CMTA was able to replace the majority of the lighting in our schools across the district, as well as the installation of a geothermal system replacing an outdated coal fire boiler at the High School, has significantly reduced our utility costs.

Renovations That Pay For Themselves, Guaranteed
It has been a great and pleasurable experience. CMTA has exceeded any and all expectations. Yes, there are other energy savings companies that are comparable to CMTA, but I honestly and sincerely feel CMTA goes above and beyond what is expected. They deliver!
What impressed me most was how CMTA was able to...install new LED lighting in all district facilities and upgrade HVAC by converting coal boilers to gas with minimal disturbance to students and classroom instruction. Your team worked quickly, efficiently and professionally.
Every renovation project has unique challenges, but the difference with CMTA is their 'ownership' in the project and the commitment from their team to work with our team in resolving the issue quickly and professionally, a true team partnership approach.
