Libbie Mill Wellsmith Apartments
Wellsmith at Libbie Mill – Midtown redefines urban living with a high-performance, wellness-focused approach. Located in the growing Libbie Mill community in Richmond, Virginia, this new, 382,500 SF multifamily development includes 350 residential units and approximately 12,000 SF of amenity and common spaces.
CMTA incorporated several high-performance design strategies into the project, including a high-efficiency amenity space that features dog grooming stations, entertainment kitchens, group fitness space, and co-working lounges. A 90 kW solar photovoltaic array on the roof offsets the amenity area's energy consumption, saving utility costs for the owner and tenants of the building.
