The Red Ventures new corporate headquarters building was the first of four major buildings on this corporate campus. This building includes spaces designed specifically for its high-tech needs and employee health and comfort. In addition to the state-of-the-art work environment, the building includes a full-size basketball court, running track, exercise facilities and locker rooms.
The project was designed and constructed to achieve LEED 2009 certification. Following the opening of the Red Ventures Corporate Headquarters in 2012, CMTA was selected to provide the MEP/FP commissioning of a 191,000 square foot, 4-story extension of the headquarters building. The two buildings are connected and part of a large campus. CMTA commissioned Building III and IV, as well as the parking deck.

Building amenities include a 6-lane bowling alley, an amphitheater for live music, a beer garden, a cycling room, yoga studio, a comprehensive food court and more. Commissioning services included Fundamental Commissioning, Enhanced Commissioning and LEED Energy Modeling services. The energy related systems to be commissioned (in compliance with LEED) included HVAC systems, lighting systems, and domestic hot water systems. Construction was completed in a 12-month period.
Red Ventures Corporate Office Building IV - This building is a nominal 300,000 square foot building with four separate areas (A, B, C & D). Area A is a 2.5-story Sales Center; Area B is a 6-story Sales/Office Tower; Area C is a connector/common space, and Area D is a 2-story Leadership Center.
