CMTA provided MEP engineering services for this development, which comprises two buildings: a 15,000-square-foot, multi-use building with enclosed parking, offices, a common area, a rooftop deck, and two condo units, and an 11,000-square-foot building with seven townhome units. The luxury townhomes sold out by 2021 and showcase top-end finishes, panoramic views, and high-quality construction. This state-of-the-art project has won several awards, including the National Association of Home Builders’ Best in American Living Platinum award for the Mountain Region and the PCBC’s Gold Nugget Merit Award 2021 for the best mixed-use community.
